Kristina is a resourceful professional committed to helping her clients reach their real estate goals through local knowledge, high energy and ingenuity. Having grown up in Newport Beach, Kristina is sought after for her local, in-depth and firsthand knowledge. In addition, she is known for her ability to stay calm under pressure and apply her high energy to multi-tasking effectively. Coming from a family of financial investors and designers, she has forged a unique perspective for real estate. This perspective fuels her ingenuity to come up with creative ideas to better service her clients. Kristina has committed her life to serving others beginning at an early age with her time as a ticktocker in National Charity League. After graduating from UC Santa Cruz with dual majors in Psychology and Philosophy, she worked as a behavioral therapist to kids with autism. After some time, she decided to combine her two passions, helping others and real estate, to pursue a career as an agent. Outside of real estate, Kristina spends her time outdoors and spending time with her new dog black lab, Shadow.

A Little About Me

Kristina's passion for real estate began in childhood watching her mom remodel a 100 year old beach house. Here she developed a passion for architecture and design. Years later, she capitalized on this experience by purchasing and remodeling her own home. Not long after, she capitalized on this investment by renting her own home and becoming a landlord.

Over the course of Kristina's 10 years in real estate, she has worked creatively to help her clients navigate transactions. This has ranged from maximizing the property's presentation for marketing, to exercising her knowledge of construction and design to revitalize distressed properties. She also has experience negotiating non-traditional financing arrangements, such as asking a seller to provide a credit towards a buyer's loan in order to make the transaction a great win for both buyer and seller.

However, what is most important to Kristina is the ability to help her clients. Although real estate involves navigating the choppy waters of the market or a transaction, ultimately it's about where her clients call home. As far as she's concerned, nothing is more important than knowing that her clients feel happy and secure in their new home. Understanding her clients' needs and becoming their teammate is truly what is most important for her and what drives her every day.

When she's not working on how to assist her clients, Kristina enjoys rock climbing, water sports and bike riding about town with her black lab Shadow.
